  • Onboarding orientation
  • Discussing potential Lync training for Supply Chain
  • Attending kick-off meeting for Building Orientation
  • Revising Implementation of Contracts training materials
  • Exploring classroom/e-learning for Implementation of Contracts
  • Creating/updating e-learning materials for PHSA PeopleSoft, IHA/NHA Meditech, FHA Meditech, and VCH PeopleSoft
  • Getting the heads up for Sourcing Methodology training

This week has been a busy week for expanding my portfolio of work. This is what I’ve been up to:

  • Updating VCH PeopleSoft e-learning on LearningHub
  • Analyzing, designing, developing training for Add/Change/Delete Inventory Process
  • Analyzing, designing, developing training for Implementation of Contracts
  • Delivering Orientation to Peer Coaches
  • Creating a PDF Portfolio for Buyer job role.
  • Attended RFP Workbook redesign meeting – training required for new workbook

    • Add/Delete process
    • EDI FHA Meditech
    • RFP Workbook
  • Working on PHSA PeopleSoft and IHA/FHA Meditech e-learning courses – courses being updated in LearningHub
  • Developing Quick Reference Guides for FHA Meditech (non SOPs)
  • Amended PDF Portfolios based on feedback from staff on the floor

  • Creating PDF Portfolios for various different desks – my philosophy is┬áto allow learners access to learning resources directly from their desktop and when they need them
