  • Traveled to Victoria, BC to deliver Conducting a Collaborative Performance Review workshop
  • Did prep work for next week’s Sourcing Tracker Workshop
  • Wrote an email clarifying the purpose of the Sourcing Tracker Workshop
  • Met with a consultant to discuss developing Privacy and Confidentiality e-learning course
  • Cancelled flight to Kelowna to deliver Conducting a Collaborative Performance Review workshop
  • Arrange additional Conducting a Collaborative Performance Review workshops for April
  • Reviewed script for explainer video on weighing RFP proposals
  • Arranged MIM WebApp training for next Monday
  • Wrote several blog posts advertising upcoming training sessions
  • Wrote rationale for developing course/materials on sourcing errors
  • Delivered Conducting a Collaborative Performance Review workshop in Willingdon

This week has been a busy week for expanding my portfolio of work. This is what I’ve been up to:

  • Updating VCH PeopleSoft e-learning on LearningHub
  • Analyzing, designing, developing training for Add/Change/Delete Inventory Process
  • Analyzing, designing, developing training for Implementation of Contracts
  • Delivering Orientation to Peer Coaches
  • Creating a PDF Portfolio for Buyer job role.
  • Attended RFP Workbook redesign meeting – training required for new workbook

Weekly Update: August 25-29th, 2014

This what I’ve been up to this week:

  • Presented the SOP elearning courses to the Leadership team.
  • Met with People Development Director to discuss coaching/mentoring, staff development. 
  • Developed a portfolio of daily/weekly tasks, competencies, and resources for different Purchasing Clerk desks on the floor.
  • Worked with the LearningHub Admin team to launch the VCH PeopleSoft SOP e-learning course.
  • Started to develop the IHA/NHA Meditech SOP e-learning course.
  • Received corporate credit card training.

 

Weekly Update: July 28-Aug 1, 2014

This is what I’ve been up to this week:

  • Downloaded a trial copy of Articulate Storyline – still working on getting software installed on my laptop.
  • Downloaded Office 2013 suite.
  • Created Articulate Storyline files for VCH PeopleSoft.
  • Created Articulate Storyline files for FHA Meditech.
  • Have a shell of e-learning course on LearningHub (LMS).
  • Arranged meeting with LearningHub team on Thursday next week.
  • Ran Coaching/New Hire orientation session.
  • Handed out New Hire Checklist to new staff.
  • Updated PerformanceLink.
  • Used Nicole Legault’s ADDIE model (see below) for PerformanceLink.

Weekly Update: July 21-25, 2014

This is what I’ve been up to this week:

  • Completed days 3 and 4 of the Clear Leadership course.
  • Finished the job aids for both FHA Meditech and VCH/PHA PeopleSoft ERPs.
  • Finalized New Employee Coach checklist and New Employee checklist.
  • Ran New Employee Coach Orientation session.
  • Requested Moodle course for LearningHub.
  • Worked with IBM to get Articulate Storyline installed.
