Weekly Notes: November 30 – December 4, 2015

This week has been heavy on e-learning:

  • Editing audio for PIC e-learning videos (using Audacity)
  • Creating storyboards and prototypes for RFP process e-learning
  • Setting up Contracting and Implementation Process classroom training sessions
  • Helped scriptwriting the P2P Perfect PO explainer video
  • Delievered QA presentation for New Employee Orientation

Next week:

  • Delivering training on the Contracting process

Weekly Notes: October 27-30, 2015

Limited time in the office this week. Been on a leadership course. Working through the materials still.

Accomplishments and half-started ideas this week:

  • Started the storyboarding process for the P2P process
  • Supported new staff onboarding to Sourcing Tracker
  • Investigated videographers
  • Worked on PerformanceLink
  • Completed/reconciled expenses

Hopefully next week will be more productive!

Weekly Update: July 14-18, 2014

This is what I’ve been up to this week:

  • Reviewed storyboards for SOP e-learning project.
  • Developed job aids for SOPs – about 40% done.
  • Developed coaching checklist for new employee onboarding.
  • Developed new employee checklist for onboarding.
  • Developed a “What makes a good coach?” PowerPoint presentation.
  • Still waiting for Articulate Storyline to be installed. Now a “project” with Service Desk.

Next week, I need to start turning the SOP storyboards into e-learning modules. I need to finish the SOP job aids. I have to deliver a presentation on how to be an effective coach.

Weekly Update: July 7 – July 11, 2014

This is what I’ve been up to this week:

  • Attending Clear Leadership training course.
  • Figuring out how to use concepts learnt in Clear Leadership to apply to partnerships with SMEs – in particular reframing problem patterns and creating learning statements.
  • Developing a style guide for training materials (e-learning, job aids etc.)
  • Finishing storyboarding for SOPs.
  • Set-up meetings for verifying steps with SMEs.
